A-GRASS 2025: Day 4 – Celebrating the Final Day of A-GRASS 2025 in Vietnam

The Asian Graduate Studies Summit (A-GRASS) 2025 reached its grand finale on May 24, 2025, marking a culmination of vibrant academic exchange, cross-cultural collaboration, and inspiring achievements in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The summit, organized by the Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE) and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), gathered scholars, educators, and leaders from across the Asia-Pacific under the theme “Bridging Knowledge to Action: Transformative Graduate Education and Research for a Sustainable Asia”

Awarding Outstanding Research

A key highlight of the final day was the presentation of the Best Research Paper award for SDG 4 (Quality Education). The paper titled “AI in Service-Learning: Addressing Challenges and Unlocking Opportunities in Vietnamese Higher Education” by Le Nguyen Van An from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education was recognized for its innovation and relevance to advancing educational quality and transformation. The award celebrates research that contributes solutions to pressing challenges facing higher education in Vietnam and beyond.

The final sessions featured:

Networking: The summit provided abundant opportunities for multidisciplinary networking, sparking potential future partnerships dedicated to sustainable development.

Group reflections: Participants gathered to share insights and experiences gained from workshops and sessions.
